| 摘 要： | 介绍了地调定值单系统在OMS中的应用.OMS数据库基于Oracle,开发平台采用NET Fmmework,用户界面采用ASP.NET等技术.阐述了地调定值单管理系统建立、管理、执行定值数据的主要功能和由人机界面、业务实体、逻辑处理、数据库组成的总体结构及在OMS中的实现方法.给出了继电保护定值核查流程图,定值单通过编制、执行、核对、归档等环节的流转,完成继电保护定值的各业务流程.该定值单系统已开发完成并嵌入OMS系统,并已在全省地区调度投入使用.
