| Abstract: | This issue starts from the policy and effect of the ecological town-building policies. It analyses lack of our country ecological town policy and the problem. It concerns on introducing the education policy, the planning policy, organization policy and financial policy of the ecological town-construction. It also describes the effect and specific operation steps. |
