加强高校师德建设促进高校和谐发展

近年来,随着高校办学规模的扩大,高校在校学生人数巨增,各高校大量扩充教师队伍,师资队伍日渐庞大.与此同时,随着社会对高校人才培养要求的提高,加强高校师德建设,促进高校和谐发展成为高校的当务之急.结合高校多校区办学模式从高校师资队伍结构变化、师德建设的任务、目标等方面阐述高校师德建设的重要性和应对办法.

Strengthening the Building of Teacher''''s Ethics to Improve Harmonious Development in Colleges and Universities

In recent years,with the expanding of the scales of colleges and universities,there is a dramatic increase in the number of students with considerable increase in the number of teachers accordingly.Meanwhile,with increasingly high requirements of the society for talents' cultivation,it is urgent for colleges and universities to strengthen the construction of teachers' ethics so as to promote their harmonious development.This paper analyzes the importance and countermeasures of the construction of college teachers' ethics from the aspects of the change of college teacher structures,the task and objective of teachers' ethics construction combined with multi-campus situation.
