摘    要:异步电机在满载时一般能以较高的效率运行,在轻载时的效率却大大的减低了。而生产中的异步电机大多数工作在轻载情况下,极大的浪费了能源。该文提出了一种基于模糊理论的异步电机效率最优控制方法,在电机轻载稳态运行时通过模糊控制器逐步减少励磁电流,通过对磁通的在线搜索找到电机的最小输入功率运行点,从而使电机以最优效率运行。该方法能在保证电机转速不变的情况下明显提高电机轻载时的效率。通过建立调速系统模型并进行仿真分析证明了这种方法的正确性。

Abstract:Induction motors have good efficiencies when operating at full load. However, on light-state condition, the efficiency is greatly reduced. But most induction motors work at lower than rated loads, so energy is wasted. The use of fuzzy logic to optimize the efficiency of an induction motor is described in this paper. On steady-state light-load condition, a fuzzy controller adaptively decreases the excitation current, and on-line searching of the flux makes the motor operate at minimum input power, meaning it operate at maximum efficiency. The model of this system is constructed and simulated. Simulation results demonstrate the validity of the proposed methods.
