| Abstract: | The first national water census has been carry out at all of County,City und Province.As a county-level city under the management of Dalian city,the census work of Zhuanghe city is under the unified guidance and arrangement of water census leading group office of Dalian city.All special census works have been carrying out in Zhuanghe city.The paper discusses the several aspects of the groundwater mining well special census,including the preparation,the phased implementation,the problems and recommendations,etc. |
