全数字式电液调速器的研究

摘    要:本文提出一种新型电液调速器——全数字式电液调速器,它采用的步进式电液伺服系统,摒弃了常用的电液伺服阀,采用步进式控制,具有结构简单、抗油质污染能力强、精度高等优点。文中介绍了全数字式调速器的系统设计及动、静态试验。试验表明,全数字式电液调速器具有较优的动、静态指标。

Abstract:A kind of new type electro-hydraulic governor-the whole digital electrohydraulic governor is presented in this paper.The step by step electro-hydraulic servosystem is used by this for it. Governor, which is free from usual electrohydraulic servovalve, adopts a step by step control and has advantages, such as simple structure, high precision and great ability against the pollution in the oil.The systematic design of the governor and it's dynamic and static test are introduced. The results of the tests show, that the dynamic and static characteristics of governor are perfect.
