基于西门子Smart PLC的超声波清洗设备的开发

摘    要:针对传统清洗方法劳动强度大和环境污染、水资源浪费的现状,以S7-200SMART为控制核心,以STEP 7-Micro/WIN SMART为开发环境,根据超声波清洗原理,采用PLC+SMART LINE触摸屏控制结构设计开发了超声波清洗设备.调试结果表明,该设备具有操作简便、可靠性强、清洗效果等特点.

Abstract:In view of the labor intensity of traditional cleaning methods,and environmental pollution,the status of the waste of water resources,this paper has developed a kind of ultrasonic cleaning equipment,taking S7-200SMART as the control core,taking the software STEP 7-Micro/WIN SMART as development environment,which has taken use of PLC + SMART LINE touch screen control structure,according to the principle of ultrasonic cleaning.Debugging results show that the equipment has some functions such as easy operation,reliability,strong cleaning effect.
