摘    要:针对测试手机自动调焦音圈电机(VCM)灵敏度、启动电流、最大行程等特性参数的要求.利用激光位移传感器采集VCM在给定电流下的位移信号;以单片机作为控制单元,实现VCM的恒流驱动控制、初始数据处理,通过单片机双串口功能实现单片机与传感器,单片机与上位机通信;NI-Labview作为软件平台实现后续数据处理、显示和保存测试结果,实现VCM特性参数测试系统设计.实验表明本系统能实现测试VCM各项特性参数,并达到VCM要求的参数标准.本系统检测快速,操作简单,测试结果直观,对VCM的生产检验具有重大的实际工程意义.

Abstract:For testing the sensitivity,starting current and maximum stroke characteristic parameters of voice coil motor (VCM) which is used in mobile phone automatic focusing.Laser displacement sensors was used to acquire Displacement signal in a given current,MCU used as the control unit to realize VCM constant current driver,and initial data processing,through the dual serial function,it can realize the communication between PC and MCU,as well as between laser displacement sensors and MCU.NI-Labview,as the software platform,is to realize the data processing,display,save the test results,and implement the VCM characteristic parameter test.The experiments demonstrate that the system can test the characteristic parameters of VCM,and achieve the standard requirements of VCM.The rapid detection,simple operation and intuitive test results have great practical engineering significance to the production test of VCM.
