摘    要:介绍在三网融合大背景下互联网视频对有线电视造成的竞争和冲击,提出以CATV多屏业务应对移动互联网视频的必要性,以及多屏业务应加强内容尤其是本土化内容建设的观点,同时对CATV多屏业务基于单向、双向有线电视网络的技术实现提出自己的看法。

Abstract:This paper firstly introduces the competition and impact of Internet video on cable television under the background of tri-networks integration , and then put forward the necessity of CATV multi-screen business dealing with mobile Internet video , at the same time ,the point of view that multi-screen business should be to strengthen the content , especially localized content construction is also involved .At last,some thoughts of my own on the realization of CATV multi-screen based on one-way and two-way cable TV network technology are detailed .
