摘    要:本文以北京怀柔地区为试点,介绍了利用高分辨率遥感数据对县市级1∶1万土地利用数据进行快速更新的技术方法与流程,对关键问题的解决途径以及优化的技术环节进行了阐述说明,并对各种数据源在不同经济发展水平地区、不同地形地貌条件下的适宜程度和性价比进行了比较分析。

Abstract:Land use maps are the bases of conservation,management and utilization of land resources.With the rapid development of China economy,quick and dynamic updating land use maps is an urgent problem to be solved.Besides the traditional aerial photography technique,commercial high-resolution remote sensing satellites,such as SPOT5,Ikonos,QuickBird,and OrbView-3,have provided us multiple choices of remote sensing data source for quick updating large-scale land use maps.Taking the Huairou district of Beijing as the test site,first of all,we introduced the technique and the work flow of quick updating county level 10k scaled land use maps using high-resolution remote sensing imagery.Then,we explained the solutions to the key techniques,especially the optimized techniques.Finally,we compared and analyzed the price-performance ratio and adaptability of different remote sensing data to areas with different economic development level and with different topography and physiognomy characteristics.
