水滑石类热稳定剂在PVC中应用研究进展

摘    要:水滑石类热稳定剂是一类新型热稳定剂,具有无毒、廉价和高效的优点。介绍了水滑石的结构特征、对PVC的热稳定作用机理以及在PVC的应用研究进展。总结出提高热稳定剂在PVC中的分散性、与其它类型热稳定剂的复配以及规模生产工艺稳定化是未来水滑石类热稳定剂的研究方向。

Abstract:Layered double hydroxides(LDHs) were a new type of heat stabilizers having the advantages of nontoxic,low price and high performance.The structural characteristics and the reaction mechanism for stabilizing the PVC were briefly introduce and a comprehensive account of the state-of-art progress on application of LDHs as heat stabilizers for PVC.Based on the summarizations,it was concluded that the improving the dispersing of LDHs in PVC,making nanocomposites with other types of stabilizer,and mass-production became the hot research topics of LDHs.
