低温甲醇洗工序塔的管道设计

摘    要:低温甲醇洗中塔的管道设计是个难点。本文从管口方位的确定、管道布置、管架设计等方面论述了塔的管道设计要点。塔的主要管口包括工艺物料管口、人孔、仪表口,确定管口方位需考虑工艺要求和塔内件等因素。管道布置除了考虑一般性原则外,还要注意气液两相流管道。管架设计要合理、有序。

Abstract:Design of tower’s piping in low-temperature methanol wash was the difficulty point.The design gists of tower’s piping were discussed from determination of nozzle orientation,piping arrangement,design of pipe bracket etc.The main nozzles of tower included process materials nozzles,manhole,and instrument nozzles.Determination of nozzle orientation should consider process requirements and tower internals.Piping arrangement in addition to consider the general principle,but also should pay attention to the gas-liquid two phase flow pipe.The pipe rack design needed to be reasonable and orderly.
