乙醇重整制氢技术的实验研究

摘    要:使用性能较优的10Co18La/Al2O3催化剂进行乙醇重整制氢反应,研究不同反应温度、反应空速的影响,结合反应机理进行探讨。结果表明:反应温度升高时,反应速率加快,乙醇转化率上升,氢气的选择性减小。反应空速增加时,反应速率加快,乙醇转化率下降,氢气的选择性增大。反应温度为500℃、反应空速为40 mL/(h.gcat.)时为最佳条件。

Abstract:The catalyst 10Co18La/Al2O3 with a good performance was used in ethanol stream reforming reaction,and the different temperatures and reaction space velocities affecting the reaction were studied,combined with the reaction mechanism.The results showed when the reaction temperature rose,the reaction rate increased,the conversion rate of ethanol rose and,and the selectivity of H2 decreased.When the catalyst space velocity increased,the reaction rate increased,the conversion rate of ethanol declined,and the selectivity of H2 increased.The best condition was 500 ℃ and 40 mL/(h·gcat.).
