基于VB 6.0的磺化反应工段实习仿真

摘    要:根据实际的烷基苯磺化生产流程,采用Visual Basic 6.0,开发基于Windows平台下的烷基苯磺化反应工段仿真系统。该系统界面友好,适用性强,仿真过程中的关键操作步骤会自动提示,通过相关的操作还可以直观的看到磺化反应工段的相关工程数据,以及自动评分系统.通过实践证明,学生能够在生产实习中提高理论知识和操作水平。

Abstract:According to the actual use of LAS production processes,Windows as exploring circumstance and Visual Basic 6.0 software designing tool were used to develop the simulation software and its interface was friendly,convenient and applicable so that it achieved more functions such as prompt the critical operations automatically,automatic scoring,automatically displays real-time data and so on.Practice showed that students paid more attention to the production practice,and the theoretical and experimental operation level of the students was enhanced.
