直馏石脑油催化裂解反应规律研究

摘    要:在固定流化床装置上进行了直馏石脑油在庆阳平衡剂上的催化裂解反应实验,考察了反应温度和剂油比对石脑油转化率、族组成和不同烃类转化率的影响,结果表明:随反应温度和剂油比的增加,石脑油转化率逐渐增大,但总体转化率较低。反应后的汽油中芳烃含量大幅提高,环烷烃含量大幅下降。在相同的反应条件下,直馏石脑油中各组分的反应转化率为环烷烃〉异构烷烃〉正构烷烃。

Abstract:Catalytic cracking of naphtha over Qingyang catalyst was carried out in fixed fluidized bed unit.Effects of reaction temperature and catalyst to oil ratio for naphtha conversion,group composition and group conversion were studied.The results showed that naphtha conversion increased along with the increase of reaction temperature and catalyst to oil ratio.But the overall conversion was low correspondingly.Aromatic content increased and cycloalkanes content droped largely in reacted gasoline.At the same reaction condition,the reaction conversion rate order of each component of naphtha was cycloalkanes isoalkanes alkanes.
