一株产微生物絮凝剂菌培养条件的优化

摘    要:采用单因素试验对一株名为J-3的奥默柯达菌进行产絮凝剂最佳培养条件的优化。通过试验得出产絮凝剂的最佳培养条件:接种量为8%,装液量为60 mL,摇床速度为200 r/min,初始pH为6,温度为30℃,培养时间为66 h,碳源为葡萄糖,氮源为酵母膏+硫酸铵。最佳培养条件下奥默柯达菌絮凝剂的产量为2.15 g/L,成本为0.188元/L。

Abstract:The optimizing culture condition of a flocculant-producing strain Kodamaea ohmeri named J-3 was studied through single factor experiment.It was found that the optimum culture conditions were volume of inoculation was 8%,volume of liquid was 60 mL,rotation speed was 160 r/min,initial pH was 6,the temperature was 30 ℃,the culture time was 66 h,glucose as carbon source and the yeast extraction+(NH4)2SO4 as nitrogen source.Under the best training conditions,the production of flocculant Kodamaea ohmeri was 2.15 g/L,and the cost was 0.188 yuan/L.
