摘    要:针对兖矿国际焦化有限公司焦炉气甲烷部分氧化转化制甲醇装置转化炉出现的催化剂粉化结块、转化炉烧嘴变形及提高转化炉转化率提出优化操作及工艺改造,取得良好运行效果。

Abstract:Catalyst powder agglomeration deformation of furnace burner,and the conversion rate of the reformer increased in the coke oven gas partial oxidation of methane into methanol plant reformer of Yankuang International Coking Co.,Ltd.The operation process optimization and process modification were poposed and good operating results were achieved.
