| 摘 要： | 通过一些真实存在的食品安全问题在有机化学教学过程中的渗透,可以提高学生学习有机化学的兴趣,拓宽学生的知识面,加深了对有机化学课本知识的理解与掌握,还可以增强学生食品安全意识。本文就如何使食品安全知识与有机化学教学紧密结合进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Through some real food safety issues penetrated in the process of teaching of organic chemistry,the students＇ interest in organic chemistry can be improved,their knowledge widened,the understanding of the organic chemistry textbook knowledge deepened,and the students＇ awareness of food safety was enhanced.On how to combinate the food safety knowledge and the teaching of organic chemistry closely were discussed was enhanced. |
