摘    要:对中海炼化惠州炼油分公司360万吨/年煤柴油加氢裂化装置运转过程中出现的反应系统压降升高问题进行了分析,介绍了反应系统压降升高对装置造成的影响,以及在装置高压换热器管壳程均出现铵盐结晶问题时的处理过程等。

Abstract:The causes of pressure drop increasing in reaction system of Huizhou refining 3600 kt/a Hydrocracking unit were analyzed,as well as its impact on the unit,pointing out that ammonia salt crystallzation in the shell and tube of high pressure heat exchanger were the main contributing factor.
