赤泥制备聚合氯化铝铁的实验研究

摘    要:利用山东信发集团产生的赤泥,制备聚合氯化铝铁,取得了较为满意的效果。对从赤泥中提取聚合氯化铝铁的最佳条件进行了研究,包括液固比,温度,时间,pH值等。并对聚合氯化铝铁的絮凝性能及影响其絮凝效果的因素进行了分析。实验室研究表明,其具有优良的絮凝效果。

Abstract:Using the red mud made by Shandong Xinfa Company polyaluminium ferric chloride(PAFC),a new inorganic cation compound,was prepared,coagulant with high effect.PAFC had the advantages of aluminous coagulant's large flocs.The liquid solid ratio,temperature,time,pH,etc of the optimum conditions of extraction of PAFC from red mud were studied.The coagulant of PAFC and the factors affecting the coagulant were analyzed.The experimental study indicated the PAFC with good coagulant.
