清洁氯化制备氯苯的实验研究

摘    要:以磷钨酸作催化剂,采用浓盐酸和双氧水制取氯气,制得的氯气和苯反应生成氯苯。该方法对环境友好,清洁生产。经实验表明,当在相同的条件下时,保温时间为2 h时产率最高,达到48%;浓盐酸过量时,氯苯的产率将显著提高。

Abstract:With concentrated hydrochloric acid and hydrogen peroxide,and phosphotungstic acid as the catalyst chlorine was prepared.Chlorine and benzene reacted to generate chlorobenzene.The method was eco-friendly and cleaner production.The experiments showed that under the same conditions,holding time for 2 h,it got the highest yield,48%.With concentrated hydrochloric acid overdose,the productivity of chlorobenzene would be increased significantly.
