双马来酰亚胺均相合成工艺的研究

摘    要:简单分析双马来酰亚胺副反应机理和均相合成工艺的机理与可行性;讨论反应时间、原料配比、极性溶剂用量、催化剂种类等合成条件的影响,并找到最佳反应条件为:反应时间为3 h,MA与MDA的摩尔比为2.2∶1.0,极性溶剂的加入量为10 mL;均相合成工艺缩短了反应时间,提高了产率,降低了成本,减少了副产物的生成,提高了产品质量的稳定性。

Abstract:The vice-reactionme chanism of bismaleimide(BDM) and reaction mechanism and feasibity of homogeneous systhesis were simplely analyzed.The synthesis conditions of reaction time,the ratio of raw materials,consumption of nonpolar solvent,and catalyst type were discussed and the best reaction conditions for were found that the reaction time 3 h,the molar ratio of MA and MDA 2.2:1.0,and polarity solvent addition amount of 10 mL.The homogeneous synthesis shortened the reaction time,improved production rate,reduced cost and by-products,and improved the stability of the product.
