循环水凉水塔性能优化

摘    要:介绍了延安石油化工厂循环水凉水塔存在的问题,通过对问题的分析,采取一系列整改措施,如对凉水塔填料层进行粘泥剥离、改造填料等方法,使循环水冷后温度≤30℃,循环热水和循环冷水温差达到10℃左右,确保了全厂装置的平稳长周期运行。

Abstract:Problems about cooling tower of circulating water in Yan'an Petrochemical Works were introduced and analyzed.A series of transforming measures were taken,such as stripping slime from cooling tower fill layer,modifying fillers and so on,which made circulating water temperature decreased less than 30 ℃ after cooling,and difference temperature between hot and cool circulating water was about 10 ℃,which effectively ensured smooth long-term operation of all equipment in whole factory.
