青霉素G发酵过程自动控制设计

摘    要:介绍了青霉素发酵过程中自动控制的工程设计。结合青霉素工业化生产方式,制定了以控制溶解氧、酸碱度、温度和压力等参数的模块化工业生产自动控制方案。在制药工程中采用先进的自动控制设计可以在企业投产后大大提高生产控制水平和管理水平。

Abstract:The engineering design of automatic control during penicillin fermentation process was introduced.According to penicillin industrial production,a automatic control program of specifying modularized industrial process was developed by controlling dissolved oxygen,pH and temperature,etc.Using advanced industry automation design,it can greatly upgrade the pharmaceutical factory's control and management level.
