| 摘 要： | 近年来,电沉积复合镀层由于其独特的物理、化学、生物和机械性能而得到了迅速发展,综述了电沉积高硬度复合镀层的研究与进展,重点介绍了电沉积高硬度复合镀层的制备工艺性能及其应用等.指出了目前所存在的问题,并对今后的研究提出建议.

| Abstract: | Electodeposited composite coating were rapidly developed in recent years for their peculiar physical,chemical,biological and mechanical properties.The research and development of electrodeposited high hardness composite coating were overviewed,with focus on the preparation processes,properties and applications of the coatings.The existing problems were pointed out,and the suggestions for further research in the future were proposed. |
