摘    要:结合西气东输管道2+0(两用零备)配置压气站单机失效分析的结果,分析研究SPS理想压缩机模型(以下简称"理想模型")和带芯压缩机模型(以下简称"带芯模型")的差异,对利用理想模型和带芯模型模拟单机失效结果进行对比研究,分析存在误差的原因,找到利用理想模型进行单机失效分析存在的问题。通过增加单机失效压气站通过流量的限制条件,使理想模型模拟机组单机失效的结果趋于带芯模型的模拟结果,为可行性研究阶段模拟机组单机失效创造了条件。

Failure Analysis of the Compressor Stations in the West-to-East Pipeline Based on the SPS Model and Corresponding Suggestions

Abstract:With the arrangement of compressor sets 2+0(2 in operation and 0 in spare)in the gas compression stations of West-to-East Pipeline,according to the failure analysis of one compressor set,the differences of SPS ideal compressor model and the compressor model with core were analyzed.By comparing the failure analysis of the data simulated by these two models,the major problems caused by using the SPS ideal compressor model were found.Therefore,by adding the gas flow restrictions to the failure station with the ideal compressor model,the simulated results of the ideal compressor model were tended to approach to that of the compressor model with core,so as to create the conditions for modeling the failure analysis of the compressor set in the feasibility study stage.
