CAD/CAE技术在叶轮结构设计中的应用

摘    要:针对风机的关键部件叶轮,运用CAD/CAE技术建立了叶轮三维实体模型和有限元模型,计算了叶轮在旋转速度载荷下的变形和应力分布,验证了设计的合理性并为进一步优化叶轮结构提供了参考依据。CAD/CAE技术的联合应用,可以方便地修改结构设计参数,直观地得到各种力学分析结果,提高了设计效率。文中的方法对相关高速旋转机械结构设计提供了一种方便且有效的解决方案。

Abstract:3D solid model and finite element model of the impeller were established.Under rotational velocity load,the distribution of stress and deformation was obtained.Rationality of design parameters was proved and the reference was provided for optimizing the impeller.Based on CAD/CAE technology,design parameters were modified easily,finite element results were obtained visually and the efficiency of design was improved.High-speed rotating machinery could be benefited from the method and results in this paper.
