基于虚拟样机技术的多段液压机械换段动态特性仿真

摘    要:基于虚拟样机技术,利用所建立的多段液压机械无级传动系统的仿真模型,研究了有动力中断和保持动力连续两种情况下,从纯液压段到液压机械段低档换段过程的动态特性,得到了换段过程中行星排、马达、发动机、离合器、及泵的转矩变化规律。该结果为车辆动态特性的研究奠定了基础,也为车辆换段规律的研究和控制策略的制定提供了参考依据,虚拟样机技术的应用也将在液压机械无级传动系统的设计中发挥重要作用。

Abstract:Based on virtual prototyping technology,using its simulation model,the dynamic characteristics of the multi-range hydro-mechanical transmission system in the process from hydraulic range to lower shift of hydro-mechanical range are studied in the case of broken power and continuous power.And the torque variation rules of planetary gear set,motor,engine,clutch and pump in the shifting are gained.The result establishes a foundation for studying the dynamic characteristics of vehicle and provides a reference for researching of the rule of shifting and constituting a control strategy.Virtual prototyping technology will play an important role in designing of hydro-mechanical transmission system.
