摘    要:逆向工程作为掌握技术的一种手段,在各国工业界大量应用.文中在基于三坐标测量机的接触式测量的基础上,对汽车覆盖件进行了逆向工程开发.阐述了利用UG软件对点云数据的调点、建模、仿真加工的过程.实践证明该应用缩短了产品的设计周期,提高了设计效率.

Abstract:As a means of mastering technology, reverse engineering technology is being using extensively. Based on contact measurement of the coordinate measuring machine, the methods of the Reverse engineering design of the motor vehicle covering parts is researched. The designing procedure of the covering parts from adjusting dots to build modeling and simulating manufacturing is discussed. The practical result shows that design cycle is shortened and the designing efficiency is improved.
