特大型镶嵌式自润滑轴承结构的优化设计

摘    要:针对某重点工程的具体设计要求,分析了采用传统回转轴承的缺点,提出了一种镶嵌式自润滑轴承方案,并进行了具体结构设计.基于ANSYS Workbench软件的优化设计功能,建立参数化近似轴承模型,对轴承结构进行了优化设计.根据镶嵌式轴承的具体结构,建立自润滑材料镶嵌块结构以及分布的优化数学模型,并运用Matlab进行求解,使目标函数达到最优.然后对优化结果进行处理,确定最终结构尺寸.最后通过抽样计算验证了近似模型优化方法的可行性.

Abstract:To satisfy the requirement of a major project, a novel inlaid self-lubricating bearing is proposed and carried out detailed design. Based on ANSYS Workbench software optimization design features, the bearing structure has been optimized by creating a parameter approximation bearing model. According to the specific structure of inlaid bearing, self-lubricating material mosaic block optimization model is set up and optimal computation is carried out using Matlab. Then the optimization results are processed to determine the final structure size. Finally the optimization method is feasible by sampling check.
