| 摘 要： | 为降低加工玉米铣刀波刃形型线铲刀工具费用,研制了机夹刀片式型线铲刀,采用机夹刀片结构型式,刀体采用弯头型式,不仅节约了该刀具费用,而且还大大减小了切削中的振动,改善了加工效果.

| Abstract: | Mechanically-clamped profile backed-off cutter is developed for decreasing the tools cost in machining waved-edge of Helical milling cutters. The insert is clamped mechanically on the elbow-type cutter body.The cost of cutter is saved, and the vibration in eutting progress is deereased to improve the machining effect. |
