曲柄摇杆机构杆长的确定

摘    要:分析了平面连杆机构的运动特性,通过各杆之间的几何关系,确定了各杆杆长关系.在一些参数已知的情况下,联立方程组,通过计算机计算得出了各杆长度,进而绘制出曲柄一定、传动角逐渐增大的情况下摆角与铰链A点偏移劣弧程度的数据曲线.

Abstract:The motion characteristics of planner linkage are analyzed. The geometric relationship of the connecting rods is analyzed to obtain the relationship of connecting rods length. The known parameters and simultaneous equations are used to calculate the connecting rods length by computer. When the crank size is given and transmission angle is increasing, the data curve of the swing angle and the offset degree of the hinge point A from minor arc is drawn out.
