光纤适配器自动化装配用机械手设计与实验研究

摘    要:光纤适配器是光纤连接器对中连接不可或缺的部件,文中设计了一种能够实现快速、稳定、高精度控制的完成工业中光纤适配器的组装气动机械手原型.通过合理优化机械手结构和加装缓冲器的措施来达到减振防振的目的,同时根据零件的尺寸要求对该机械手的夹持机构进行设计,使其可快速地完成适配器各组件的夹持操作.

Abstract:Optical fiber adapter plays an indispensable part in the connection of the fiber optic connector. A kind of robotic manipulator prototype is designed, which can be able to assemble the optical fiber adapter rapidly,steadily,and in high precision control. In order to achieve the purpose of absorbing'shock,the structure of manipulator is optimized reasonably and added buffer measures. At the same time,a reasonable design of the manipulator clamping device is required according to the desired size of the components,so that it can quickly complete the clamping operation of the adapter components.
