摘    要:基于HyperMesh平台,采用密度拓扑优化方法,以应变能最小为目标,以体积分数、位移为响应建立结构拓扑优化模型,运用该模型完成GMCU2060龙门加工中心横梁横截面的拓扑优化设计,然后利用尺寸优化方法得到横梁的最优尺寸,建立横梁的三维模型,并对其进行动静态分析.分析结果表明:在最大位移几乎不变的情况下,改进后的横梁质量减少了7.5%,一阶固有频率由104 Hz提高到120Hz,满足设计指标要求.

Abstract:Using density topology optimization method, a topology optimization model with the objection of compliance, with the volume fraction and displacement for the response is built based on the software HyperMesh. The topology optimization design of the GMCU2060 gantry machine center beam cross section is completed with this model, and then the best size of the crossbeam is obtained based on size optimization, the optimized crossbeam model is established. The analysis results indicate that the mass of the improved crossbeam is decreased by 7.5% under condition of without increasing in maximum deformation, and the first order frequency is increased from 104 Hz to 120 Hz, which can meet the design requirements.
