摘    要:以1 t固定式矿车为研究对象,从车箱的轻质化角度出发,根据矿车典型运行T况下车箱的受力特征,通过减薄车箱壁厚再进行不同位置1~4处的局部加强方式来实现车箱的轻质化,并比较这4种方式的减重效果.利用ANSYS进行有限元分析,结果显示在位置1和2处的减重效果均较好,为车箱的实用性设计提供参考.

Abstract:One ton stationary coach-type mine car is taken as the research object.According to the typical running wich conditions of the force characteristics, wall thickness reduced and local place from 1 to 4 are enhanced to afford the coach's light-weight. The 4 light-weight results are compared. ANSYS software is used to carry out finite element analysis. It is shown that the first and second light-weight results are all the best results, it provides reference of the practical coach design.
