摘    要:以非机动车中发展较快的自行车为例,基于事故发生接触碰撞的机动车、非机动车上留下的痕迹和人体伤痕分布等证据,通过对一个典型案例的详细分析,将非机动车行驶状态的鉴定方法进行分类和总结,进而重现事故现场.这为判定机动车与非机动车交通事故中非机动车行驶状态提供了方法和思路,提高了交通事故责任认定的准确性和公正性.

Abstract:The bicycle is taken as an example of no-motor vehicles. Based on the evidence of contact-impact motnr vehicle accident and the marks left on the non-motor vehicles ,motor vehicles and body scar distribution, the identiileation of non-motor vehicle driving state is classified and summarized through detailed analysis of a typical case. From the trace of vehicles, reconstruction of accident scenes is explored. These work could be used to determine the driving state of bikes in traffic accidents and improve accuracy in responsibility recognition of traffic accidents.
