微生物絮凝剂在食品工业中的应用进展

摘    要:微生物絮凝剂是一类由微生物产生的具有絮凝活性的天然高分子有机物,具有安全、高效、可生物降解等优点。主要介绍了微生物絮凝剂的絮凝机理及其在食品工业中废水处理、浑液分离、固液分离等几个方面的应用,并对微生物絮凝剂今后的发展进行了展望。

Abstract:Microbial flocculant, with advantages of safety, high efficiency, biodegradability, is one of the natural macromolecular organic compounds created by microorganisms. The microbial flocculant mechanism and the application of flocculating agent in food industry were introduced in this paper, including wastewater treatment, fluid separation and solid-liquid separation. The development prospect was made as well.
