注塑机液压系统应用技术的科学发展原则的研究及自主创新

摘    要:从可持续发展角度首次创新提出注塑机液压系统实现与人、环境的和谐共存的应用技术的科学发展原则理论及其环保准则和先进准则的两项内涵。结合实例研究了注塑机液压动力驱动系统、传动系统的应用技术的科学发展原则并提出了重点研发方向;分析了液压系统的应用技术的科学发展原则常见的设计缺陷并提出了具体改进的技术措施;介绍了SZ-800注塑机和KH-40000托盘注塑机的液压系统应用技术的科学发展原则的自主创新的成果;指出前瞻性把握住液压系统应用技术的科学发展原则,努力创新创造应用技术,才能实现领先和超越的可持续发展。

Research and Innovation of the Scientific Development Principles on the Injection Molding Machine Hydraulic System Application Technological

Abstract:Innovation from the angle of sustainable development for the first time put forward the plastic injection machine hydraulic system implementation and application technology of the people, the environment, harmonious coexistence of the principles of scientific development theory and two connotations of environmental standards and advanced standard. Studies the scientific development principles on the application technology of hydraulic driving system and transmission system with example, and Presents key research directions; Analysis of the hydraulic system common design flaws, and put forward specific technical measures for improvement; Describes the results of innovation on of the scientific development principles of the hydraulic system application technology for SZ-800 and KH-40000; Points out that the forward-looking grasp principles of hydraulic system application technology of scientific development strive to create application technology innovation to realize the sustainable development of leading and beyond.
