| 摘 要： | 介绍了钨极自动氩弧焊在不锈钢复合管生产线上的应用，简述了焊机、焊枪、钨极、辅助装置及生产复合管的工艺流程。对与焊接至关重要的钨极高磨尖角度，端头直径，焊接规范参数从理论到应用予以介绍，以实际生产表明了钨极自动氩弧焊连续焊接不锈钢复合管的成功应用。

| Abstract: | The application of automatic TIG welding on stainless steel compound pipes production line is introduced. The welding machine. welding gun, tungsten electrode, auxiliary devices and manufacturing now forproducing compound pipes are briefly illustrated. The grind sharpened angle of tungsten electrode, the diameter of end face and welding parameters that are important for welding are introduced from theory to application. The automatic TIG welding has been successfully used in the successive welding of stainless steel compound pipes.o |
