大孔环形精冲件圆度研究与控制

摘    要:分析了环宽与厚度比接近0.6的精冲件的冲压工艺,对试制过程中影响冲压质量的各种因素进行了研究,找出了影响大孔环形精冲件圆度的关键因素,内孔失圆度问题得到了较好解决,实现了该项目的国产化。

Abstract:Based on analysis of the stamping process, a study was made on various factors that influence the quality of a fine-blanking part with the ratio of ring width to thickness as 0.6. Some key factors that affect the roundness of the fine-blanking macroporous ring part were found and the out of roundness problem of inner holes was solved.
