网架质量事故实例及原因分析

本文介绍了１９９６年湛江地区台风对网架及其屋面造成的破坏、影响和应吸取的教训：列举了几起火灾对网架不同程度的损坏，论述了网架的抗火性能；通过大量的责任事故，分析了各种不同的原因；从理论上分析了经常发生的计算模型与结构实际不符造成的错误与安装中网架发生扭曲造成杆件变形的原因，本文还提出了避免事故的对策。

Examples of Accidents of Grid Structures and Analysis of Their Causes

In this paper, some damages of grid structures and their roofs caused by typhoon in Zhan - jiang District in 1996 as well as their bad effects on them and the lessons to be learnt are intro- duced . Through some cases of grid damages caused by conflagration and a great number of acci- dents due to negligence, the property of fire resistance of grid structures are discussed and the dif- ferent sources of accidents due to negligence are analyzed Furthermore, mistakes due to inconsis- tency between calculation models and real structures as well as the reasons of twisting and bending deformation of grid members occurred during hoisting have been theoretically analyzed . Finally measures to be taken for avoiding such accidents are put forward .
