| 摘 要： | 针对南京地区黑启动系统方式，在分析黑启动路径保护配置以及黑启动系统短路电流的基础上，研究黑启动初期单电源方式以及小机组带黑启动路径零升过程中线路保护的整定，确认了距离保护作为黑启动单电源方式下黑启动路径的主保护；并分析了黑启动过程中变压器保护以及发电机逆功率保护的定值调整方法。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the features of the power black-start system of Nanjing district, based on the protective devices of black-start system and the result of short circuit calculation of black-start system, the corresponding relaying protection scheme is presented. The paper puts emphasis on the research to the line protection setting with single power source during the initial stage of black-start course. Besides, this paper discusses the setting principles of transformer protection and reverse power protection during power black-start course. |
