罗红霉素电化学行为的线性扫描极谱法研究

摘    要:应用线性扫描极谱法研究罗红霉素的电化学行为。在0.1mol·L^-1 Na2HPO4-KH2PO4缓冲溶液(pH=6.90)中,罗红霉素于-1.48V(vs.SCE)处产生一灵敏的吸附波,其一次微分线性扫描峰电流与罗红霉素浓度呈良好的线性关系,质量浓度范围1.6—200.0mg·L^-1,相关系数r=0.9972(n=10),检出限为0.6mg·L^-1。以80.0mg·L^-1罗红霉素溶液作6次平行试验,RSD为0.42%,回收率在98.9%-108.2%之间。罗红霉素的此电化学特性可用于其胶囊含量测定。

Abstract:The electrochemical behavior of Roxithromycin Capsules was studied by linear scanning polarographic method. In 0.2 mol·L^-1 phosphate buffer solution(pH6.90), a sensitive reductive wave of Roxithromycin Capsules appeared at- 1.48V(vs. SCE). The linear relationship between the peak current and the Roxithromycin Capsules concentration in the range of 1.6- 200.0 mg·L^-1( r = 0.995 8, n = 10)were observed. The detection limit of this method was 0.8 mg·L^-1. RSD was 0.73 %. From the data of 6 independent determinations at the concentration level of 80.0 mg·L^-1, the recovery ratio was 97.7 % - 109.2 %. This Roxithromycin Capsules's electrochemical characteristic propertymay could be used to determine the contents of tablets.
