钢制内压容器静强度的初始可靠度分析

摘    要:建立了钢制内压容器初始静强度和实际载荷的预测模型 ,分析认为初始静强度和实际载荷与其预测值之比 ,是符合正态分布的随机变量。应用可靠性设计方法 ,尝试从设计、制造、检验、验收、安全监察及安全操作等方面 ,分析它们的分布参数 ,把钢制内压容器设计公式的置信度、安全系数和容器静强度的初始可靠度定量联系起来。分析结果为编制以可靠性分析为基础的压力容规范提供了依据

Abstract:The forecast model for the static strength and load of the steel internal pressure vessel is set up in this article. By using the reliability design method, the distribution parameter is analyzed from the aspects of design, manufacturing, checking before acceptance, safety supervision and operation. The initial reliability of the vessel static strength is linked quantitatively with the confidence coefficient of the calculation formula and the safety coefficient. The analysis result provides a basis for drawing the specifications of pressure vessels.
