压榨时间和压力对蓖麻籽压榨性能的影响及其数学拟合研究

摘    要:为获取蓖麻籽低温高效压榨出油特性,探讨了压榨时间和压力对蓖麻籽饼粕残油率的影响,在分析压榨时间和压力对蓖麻籽饼粕残油影响规律的基础上,分别建立了各影响因素与蓖麻籽饼粕残油率的经验公式。试验结果表明:压榨压力比压榨时间对残油率的影响要大,在临界压榨压力为80 MPa,最佳压榨时间为5 min,蓖麻籽饼粕残油率经验公式模拟计算值与试验值的最大误差为0.9%,为蓖麻籽低温压榨制油设备的研制和工艺改进提供了基础数据。

Abstract:In order to obtain the mechanism character of castor pressing,research on influences of pressure and time were carried out. Based on the analysis of the rules of press, experimental formulas were founded to express the relationship between factors of pressure and time in pressing and residual oil of castor cake. The results showed that the pressure did more to residual oil contents than that of time, and there were 0.9% maximum error between experimental results and experimental formula under the optimum which were pressure of 80 MPa and time of 5 min.
