摘    要:采用水溶液法制备了高铼酸锌粉末,并通过表面活性剂将一定质量分数的高铼酸锌分散到聚α烯烃基础油中。利用MMW-10四球试验机和UMT-2M摩擦试验机分别测试了高铼酸锌作为油品添加剂的极压性能和宽温域的减摩性能。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)等分析了高铼酸锌物相、磨痕形貌及磨痕表面元素价态。四球试验结果表明:经含质量分数0.5%高铼酸锌添加剂油品润滑的摩擦因数以及磨斑直径较纯基础油分别降低了13.3%和16.8%,高铼酸锌可以提高油品的润滑性能。宽温度摩擦试验表明:随着温度上升,含有高铼酸锌添加剂油品润滑的摩擦副摩擦因数较纯基础油润滑的摩擦因数均有不同程度的降低。这主要是因为高铼酸锌固有的质软属性,以及在高温段发生晶形转变,在摩擦表面与基体自生的氧化物共同形成了减摩层,降低了摩擦因数。

Abstract:The zinc perrhenate used as oil additive was synthesized via aquasolution method in this study, and was dispersed into poly afar olefins (PAO) with surfaceactive agents. Its tribological properties were examined by MMW10 fourball tester and UMT2M testing machine. Additionally, investigations were performed using Xray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and Xray photoelectron spectroscope (XPS) to explain the possible mechanism of antifriction behaviors. The fourball test results show that compared to the base oil, the friction coefficient and wear scar diameter (WSD) of oil with 0.5% znic perrhenate additive are reduced by 13.3% and 16.8%, suggesting the znic perrhenate additive can improve the lubricating property of the base oil under fourball test condition. Frictional tests in wide temperature range suggested that oil containing znic perrhenate additive exhibits better frictionreducing performance during the elevated temperature process due to its intrinsic shear susceptible property and crystalline change under high temperature condition, which can form a protective layer with some native oxides of the disc sample, thus friction is reduced.
