五轴并联机床输入和输出速度处理方法

摘    要:五轴联动并联机床在伺服输入和刀具运动之间存在复杂的非线性映射关系;同时刀具的直线运动和转动也是耦合在一起的。这给并联机床的速度控制带来了极大不便。本文针对这些问题,研究了并联机床的运动特点,并在此基础上提出了一种处理并联机床速度关系的方法,并对处理过程中的坐标转换问题进行了讨论。该方法在控制软件中得到了验证。

Abstract:There is a complex nonlinear relationship between the servo-inputs and the motions of a cutting tool in the parallel kinematic machine(PKM) research,and the linear motion and rotation motion of the cutting tool are coupled.So it's difficult to control a PKM.To solve these problems,the kinematic characters of a PKM were studied,a new method to deal with the velocity of it was proposed based on this,and some questions arisen in the dealing procedure were discussed.This method is validated in the control software of a PKM.
