| 摘 要： | 以葛根、茯苓、马鹿茸、枸杞子等为主要原料，经65％（v／v）优质大曲原酒和纯水水解、分离、浸提调兑为36％（v／v）敦煌牌力酒保健酒。该保健酒经中国疾病预防控制中心营养与食品安全所检验具有抗疲劳作用，国家食品药品监督管理局批准为保健食品。

| Abstract: | DunhuangTM health wine (36 %,v/v) was developed through hydrolysis, separation and lixiviation of kudzuvine root, tuckahoe, cervus elaphus linnaeus and wolfberry fruit etc. by quality Daqu brut (65 %, v/v) and pure water. The wine had antifatigue functions (tested by Nutrition & Food Safety Office of China Disease Prevention and Control Center). National Food & Pharmacy Supervision & Management Bureau approved the wine as health food. |
