挤压用润滑油摩擦学特性影响因素研究

摘    要:对挤压过程中影响摩擦磨损的因素进行了研究,利用比拟试验研究了以蓖麻油为基础润滑油,加硬脂酸锌和硬脂酸钙添加剂后,速度,加油方式,载荷等因素对试样摩擦磨损的影响,结果表明:加入添加剂可抗磨,但不一定减摩,抗磨减摩效果与挤压工况有关。

Abstract:The factors of influencing the friction & wear during extrusion were studied.Effects of velocity,adding oil means and load on the friction & wear properties of specimen were studied with comparative test after taking castor oil as base oil,adding stearic zinc and stearic calcium.The results indicated that it could resist wear to add the additives but reducing friction is not sure.They were relative to extrusion operating conditions.
