聚氨酯-聚丙烯酸酯复合乳液的研究

综述了聚氨酯 -聚丙烯酸酯复合乳液的制备方法 ,包括共混交联法、种子乳液聚合法、互穿聚合物网络聚合法、乳液共聚合法等。介绍聚氨酯 -丙烯酸酯 (PUA)复合乳液的结构和性能 ,包括乳液的稳定性、流变性 ,胶粒的粒径、核壳结构 ,胶膜的表面结构、热学性能、力学性能和耐化学品性能 ;讨论了它们的影响因素。指出高性能、高固体含量和多功能的交联型复合乳液成为PUA乳液的发展趋势

Research on composite emulsion of polyurethane- polyacrylate

The preparing methods of the compound emulsion of polyurethane-polyacrylate are reviewed,which include the co-mixture crosslinking,seeded emulsion polymerization,interpenetrating polymer network polymerization and copolymerization emulsion.The structures and properties of polyurethane-acrylate(PUA)hybrid emulsion are introduced,which include stability and rheological property of the emulsion,average size and core-shell structure of emulsion particles and surface structure,thermal behaviors and mechanical properties of emulsion films.Their influencing factors ave discussed.Possible trends of PUA are pointed out,that is, the crosslinked composite PUA emulsion which owns excellent properties,high solid content and multiple functions, would become mostly kinds.
